Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and make every effort to stay on schedule for our patients. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you.
Because of this, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Consultations, Office Visits, and Tox Injections
If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $150 fee will be charged.
This fee may be waived if we are able to fill your appointment time.
Procedures and Treatment Appointments
If you cancel or miss a procedure or treatment appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit used to secure your appointment will be forfeited.
If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, a $150 fee will be charged.
As with other appointments, fees may be waived if the time slot can be filled.
Surgical Procedures
Procedures such as PureLipo and J Plasma follow a separate surgical fee policy.
Details will be provided if you schedule one of these procedures.
Financial Responsibility
When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving dedicated time in the schedule.
By booking, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for that appointment if it is missed or cancelled outside of the required notice period, regardless of the reason.
If you are not comfortable with this policy, we ask that you do not schedule an appointment.
After-Hours Communication
If you need to cancel outside of regular office hours, you can call or text our office at (304) 264-9080.
Text messages are accepted as valid notice.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to respect the time of all patients and maintain availability for those who are ready to be seen.
