Booking Appointments
Consultations
Consultations are $150 and this fee is paid when you book.
If you move forward with treatment within 3 months, this fee will be applied toward your services, with a few exceptions. Specific exclusions are noted on the M.D. price list.
Treatment Appointments
Deposits are required to schedule certain treatment appointments. The amount varies depending on the service and typically ranges from $150 to $500.
Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of service.
New Patient Injectable Appointments
If you are a new patient:
- Tox injection appointments require a $150 deposit
- Dermal filler appointments require a $250 deposit
Deposits must be paid before scheduling is confirmed.
Surgical Procedures
A $1,000 deposit is required to schedule PureLipo and J Plasma procedures.
A consultation with Dr. Bowen is required before booking surgery.
Payment Policy
Any remaining balance for your treatment is due in full at the time of service.
We do not offer financing or payment plans.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept several forms of payment. Please note the following:
- A 3.95% processing fee applies to debit and credit card transactions
- This fee is waived when paying by cash, check, or ACH (electronic check)
If you plan to pay using ACH, please bring your routing and account numbers with you to your appointment.
Our preferred method of payment is an “old-school” paper check! If you can find one, bring it to your appointment! 😉
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we may send a reminder message before your appointment.
However, it is your responsibility to review and understand all booking and payment policies before your visit.
