Dr. Bowen uses a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the individual patient, including aspiration with a syringe for fine sculpting, nutational infrasonic liposculpture (NIL) to more gently loosen fat prior to aspiration, and laser or radiofrequency after liposculpting to achieve increased skin tightening, if necessary.
